MMA Cage
Train in Macau’s first MMA cage! Do you have it takes to step inside? When the door closes behind, it’s just you and your opponent. While our professional cage can be used for competitions, most of us use it to train MMA/BJJ and grappling in a way that is not available outside of the cage. Small classes and private lessons will use the walls and floor to hone your fighting skills.
Boxing Ring
Stepping between the ropes as you enter the ring, no one born in this century can avoid thinking of the greats that have gone before us – Ali, Tyson, Mayweather and Pacquiao. Clips of Rocky movies flash through our minds.
Wanna punch something? Heavy bags, double end bags, speed balls, and combat dummies are just waiting for you! In addition to removing some aggression, the different equipment allows you and your trainer to focus on different technical aspects of your striking.
Floor Area
Our 150m2 matted floor area is the ideal surface for boxing, Caporeira, and Muay Thai. Specifically chosen, low impact matting works well for both shoes and barefoot. It provides the necessary cushioning for throws, grappling and ground work. All surfaces are disinfected daily.
TRX Suspension Gear, Weights, Medicine Balls,
The training continues even once the gloves come off. A full selection of weights, medicine balls, and agility ladders will keep you going hard in your workout. The TRX Suspension system will take your body weight exercises to a whole new level.
Combat Gear
A large selection of boxing gloves, focus mitts and Thai shin guards are available for you to use until you decide to purchase your own in our retail shop. If you want to purchase your own gear, stop by the shop we can can help you pick out a pair tailored to your training.
Change rooms, lockers and showers
Lockers are provided for all athletes. Please bring your own lock or borrow one of ours. Basic showers are also provided.
AirCon and Fans
Yeah, there’s aircon and 8 industrial sized fans. But don’t be fooled. You are going to sweat. Our training is hard and you won’t believe how much you are going to sweat. Bring your determination. Bring your heart. And bring a towel.
Retail Shop
Complete with everything you need to get started – boxing gloves, hand wraps, and clothing. Take it a step further and pick up an equipment bag, mouth guard and head gear. Providing professional fight brands such as JACO, FAIRTEX, and VENUM.
