Get a GREAT START to your day with our early morning BodyFit classes! BodyFit class is made up of short circuits of powerful exercise routines. They tend to be whole-body exercises but can also be set up to target specific body parts. They are designed to blast away fat and to build up muscle. Advanced students can push themselves hard while beginners can work within their ability level and be encouraged by everyone in the class. Classes may include light weight work and some boxing or combat exercises.
If you can’t make it in the morning, come join us on Tuesday and Sunday at 5pm!
