Warrior Fitness started as a boxing club under the direction of coach Danny Lawley. Utilizing his 20+ years of experience, he was able to develop boxers quickly and prepare them to step inside the ring. Warrior Fitness continues this tradition and we offer many different levels of boxing, including:
Cardio Boxing – a high intensity, fat burning session – this is a great class to begin with if you aren’t ready for a full-on striking class.
Youth Boxing – designed for students from 10-17yrs old.
Beginner Boxing – every Thursday nights at 7pm. Come and learn the basics including stance, defence, and the 6 main strikes.
Intermediate/Open Boxing – Most of our classes have a range of abilities. Coaches are able to differentiate the drills and instructions to ensure that each student has a great workout.
Advanced Boxing & Sparring – Advanced boxing is designed to prepare students to be fight ready. A gruelling level of cardio along with time in the ring sparring ensures that our boxers live up to the maxim “Train Hard, Fight Easy”.
